At Del Aire Baptist Church, we understand that saying goodbye to a loved one is one of the most challenging moments in life. That’s why we are committed to walking alongside you, offering spiritual comfort and compassionate service every step of the way.
Our church family is here to help you honor the life of your loved one with a funeral or memorial service that reflects their unique story and faith journey. In keeping with Philippians 4:7, we believe that “the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.”
Whether you are a lifelong member or new to our community, we promise to provide a warm, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment where you can reflect, grieve, and celebrate.

Note that 50% of the price of the service is required to be deposited 7 days before the date of the service.

Funeral Services
Our standard package has what you need for a meaningful and dignified service:
Sanctuary Rental – Enjoy our sanctuary for a 1-hour pre-service viewing and a 2-hour service. Our trained funeral attendants will assist with all aspects of the service to ensure it runs smoothly.

Repast/Reception Services
Gather with loved ones after the service in our Fellowship Hall:
Fellowship Hall Rental – Rent the Fellowship hall for two hours. Renters are required to set up and take down setup. Setup and take down time are to be done in the four (4) hours.

Music Ministry
Music is an integral part of worship and healing. Our music ministry offers:
Praise Team & Musicians – Enrich the service with inspiring worship music. We can not guarantee musicians will be available for service. A refund will be given if that is the case.

FUNERAL SERVICES: A $100 refundable cleaning deposit is required. Additional time will be billed at $150/hour of overtime. REPAST/RECEPTION SERVICES: A $150 deposit is required to use the fellowship hall. The deposit will be refunded unless the hall is left excessively messy or damaged. An overtime rate of $125 per hour applies beyond the allotted 2 hours, and any overtime fees will be deducted from the deposit.

Guidelines & Expectations: A Place of Reverence
Del Aire Baptist Church is a house of worship dedicated to honoring God in all we do. To ensure a respectful and uplifting environment, we ask all families to observe the following:
• Christ-Centered Services: Music, readings, and other elements of the service should align with Biblical principles and glorify God.
• Safe and Peaceful Gatherings: Our church is a sanctuary of peace. We cannot host events that may encourage violence, disruptive behavior, or disrespectful conduct.
• Facility Guidelines: Alcohol, smoking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Service animals are welcome, but other pets should remain at home.
We are committed to maintaining a sacred and respectful atmosphere where families can grieve, reflect, and celebrate in the presence of the Lord.
Planning Your Service: Step-by-Step Guide
1. Initial Consultation: Contact our office to discuss your needs and schedule a consultation.
2. Service Selection: Choose the package and additional services that best fit your family’s needs.
3. Secure Your Date: Submit a 50% deposit to confirm your booking. Final payment is due 1 day before the service date. Contract us if you need additional time.
Flexible Payment Options
We offer several convenient payment methods, including cash, cashier’s checks, and online credit card payments. Refundable deposits will be returned within 7 days of the service, provided there are no additional charges for cleaning or overtime.
